About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused Club Secretary to handle the official side of running the Newcastle Vikings. This role makes sure we stay compliant with league rules, keep on top of paperwork, and stay connected with governing bodies and organisations.

The Secretary is the backbone of club administration, ensuring that everything is filed, registered, and in order so the Vikings can focus on the football.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle player registrations and league requirements.
  • Manage club correspondence with BAFA and other organisations.
  • Keep track of club policies, insurance, and compliance documents.
  • Record and circulate meeting notes when needed.
  • Support the General Manager and other staff with admin.

  • Comfortable with paperwork and deadlines.
  • Good communicator (written and verbal).
  • Someone who enjoys keeping things in order and accurate.
