About the Role
The Newcastle Vikings are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Finance Manager/Treasurer to take care of the club’s money and help secure our future.
You’ll manage the budget, keep track of payments, and make sure everything is transparent and sustainable. Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in making sure the Vikings can thrive both now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the club’s income and expenditure.
- Handle player fees, payments, and invoices.
- Work with management to set budgets and track spending.
- Keep clear financial records for transparency and compliance.
- Provide simple financial updates to the committee/management team.

- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Good with numbers and comfortable managing spreadsheets.
- Organised and able to keep clear records.
- Financial experience is useful but not essential.
